Time pushes and shoves us, doesn’t it?… We always have to go faster, and yet…!
Sometimes connections are instantaneous, and sometimes they are slow: “the network is saturated”, “the internet speed is slow”, “the train was late”, … In fact, the reasons can be many and varied. In reality, the odds are stacked against you. In Madagascar, there are often power outages, and it’s not always easy to get online. This explains the delayed news.
Nevertheless, it’s never too late to rejoice that young women are still looking forward (Luke 9:57-67) and devoting their whole lives to following Christ, and that others are still faithfully following the path 50 years later.
On August 26, Marie-Claire RASOLOMANANA and Jeannine RAMAROYVAVY made their first vows in the Congregation after completing their novitiate in Cameroon. The celebration took place in the Regional House chapel. As with the perpetual professions, the Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Diocesan Administrator Father János Martial. On the same day, Sister Jeannette RAZAFINDRAVAO celebrated her golden jubilee (50 years of religious life). A few members of each community honored this memorable day with their presence. As usual, the celebration was followed by a fraternal meal. Thanks be to God! Magnificat!
